Ulises Ceja is a Venture Associate at Untapped Ventures, where he supports founder sourcing, investment diligence, portfolio support, and fund operations. He brings an operator’s lens to early-stage investing, combining hands-on experience in enterprise sales, go-to-market strategy, and startup advisory with a strong understanding of how early companies acquire customers, validate markets, and scale revenue.

Before Untapped, Ulises worked closely with VC-backed B2B and AI software companies, advising founders on GTM strategy, customer development, and commercial execution. He has eight years of experience across enterprise sales, startup growth, and venture-backed technology, giving him a practical perspective on what it takes for founders to move from early traction to repeatable growth.

Ulises is a Yale University graduate and brings both operator experience and venture training to his work at Untapped. As Venture Associate, he helps identify promising investment opportunities, evaluate emerging AI categories, and support founders building companies in the Autonomous Economy.
