Tripp Doll

Venture Associate

Tripp Doll is a Venture Associate and lead investor at Untapped Ventures, where he works closely with General Partner George Bandarian across founder sourcing, investment diligence, portfolio support, and fund operations at the pre-seed and seed stages. He plays a central role in identifying emerging AI-native companies, evaluating new categories before they are widely recognized, and supporting founders as they move from early conviction to company formation and growth.

Prior to Untapped Ventures, Tripp served as Chief of Staff at Ferret, an AI-driven relationship intelligence and due diligence platform, where he gained hands-on operating experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence, enterprise software, and strategic operations. Earlier in his career, he worked at Pitchbook Data, where he developed exposure to private market data, venture ecosystems, and institutional investment workflows.

Born and raised in the San Francisco technology ecosystem and part of a third-generation venture capital family, Tripp developed an early appreciation for the craft of company building and long-term investing. He brings a combination of founder empathy, market intuition, and hands-on support to technical founders building ambitious category-defining companies.

Tripp holds a STEM Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics & Business from the University of Oregon.
