Siva Kumar Thota is an AI Engineer at Untapped Ventures, where he helps design and implement AI systems that improve the firm’s internal operations, workflows, and decision-making infrastructure. He works closely with the Untapped team to identify high-leverage use cases for AI, build internal tools, develop standard operating procedures, and integrate emerging technologies into the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Siva brings a product and engineering background across AI product development, agent infrastructure, fintech, security, and payments. He has also shipped multiple AI-native tools across agent orchestration, workflow automation, security, and payment systems, giving him a practical understanding of how AI products move from concept to deployment.

​Siva is a graduate of Dartmouth’s Thayer School of Engineering. At Untapped, he combines technical depth, product judgment, and an AI-native operating mindset to help the firm build more efficient systems, standardize repeatable workflows, and apply AI across research, content, operations, and internal knowledge management.
