Shant Meguerditchian leads marketing, community, and platform at Untapped Ventures, where he drives the firm’s presence across the AI and venture ecosystem. A 10+ year operator, founder, and go-to-market systems builder, Shant develops the content engines, events, partnerships, founder-sourcing workflows, and investor-facing communications that turn Untapped’s Autonomous Economy thesis into market presence, community engagement, and dealflow.

At Untapped, Shant has helped build the firm’s marketing and ecosystem infrastructure from the ground up. He spearheaded the launch of Agentic, Untapped’s flagship podcast featuring leading founders, investors, and operators building the future of autonomy, and leads events that bring together AI founders, technical operators, LPs, and venture investors across the Untapped community. His work spans brand strategy, content production, event execution, founder and investor engagement, campaign systems, and AI-enabled GTM workflows.

Before Untapped, Shant founded and sold a software consultancy and held marketing and business development roles at early-stage startups. That background gives him both a founder’s perspective and an operator’s edge, helping him build repeatable systems that strengthen Untapped’s brand, expand its ecosystem, and support the firm’s work with founders and LPs.
