George Bandarian
Founder & General Partner
George Bandarian is the Founder and General Partner of Untapped Ventures, an early-stage AI venture capital firm backing technical founders building the Autonomous Economy. Based in Los Angeles, George invests at the pre-seed and seed stage across agentic systems, robotics, autonomous infrastructure, AI-native applications, and the enabling technologies that allow software and machines to execute work end to end.
George brings a founder-operator background to venture. Prior to founding Untapped Ventures, he was President and CEO of AMI, a B2B enterprise software company he scaled and sold in a multimillion-dollar all-cash exit in 2018. That experience shaped his investment approach: backing ambitious technical founders early, helping them sharpen their category, build go-to-market momentum, and navigate the path from early product to enduring company.
Through Untapped Ventures, George works closely with portfolio founders through direct strategic sprints, hands-on support, and high-value introductions across the firm’s network. Untapped is backed by a community of 99+ LP partners, including enterprise CEOs, operators, and investors, who actively contribute to sourcing, diligence, and portfolio support.
George is also a recognized AI speaker and thought leader, regularly speaking to CEO, founder, and investor groups about the latest developments in artificial intelligence, agentic systems, and the Autonomous Economy. He has keynoted Startup, VC, and LP events including Tiger 21, YPO, R360, Opal, EO DX and, through Untapped’s platform, events, and Agentic podcast, speaks with leading AI founders, investors, and operators building the Autonomous Economy.
